Yeah it would be against the first amendment. I don't know about you, but I learned in my U.S. government class that the Constitution is the first and foremost law in this country. Since the Bill of Rights are amendments to the Constitution, they are utmost law. Passing PIPA and SOPA would mean first amendment rights violation. I don't want to be trampled on. Do you?
